ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner / Accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the offences under Section 66D of the Information Technology (Amendment) Act, 2008 and Section 420 of IPC in Crime No.4 of 2024 on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. When this Court was not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner at this stage, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought for permission of this Court to withdraw this petition.
