This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent to file the final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.2, Karur, Karur District, in Crime No.3 of 2023. Page No. 1 of 4

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the investigation in Crime No.3 of 2023 is almost over and the final report will be filed within a period of six months.

4. Recording the above said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to file the final report in Crime No.3 of 2023 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
