ORDER

Mr.N.Satheesh Kumar, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the respondents.

2. The instant writ petition has been filed by a secondary grade teacher challenging his order of deployment from Panchayat Union Primary School, Tummakundu to Panchayat Union Primary School, Pavlanagar. Pending the writ petition, the 2nd respondent herein by his proceedings dated 20.01.2025, has recalled the impugned order of deployment dated 14.10.2024.

3. In view of the recalling of the impugned order dated 14.10.2024, nothing further survives to be adjudicated in the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to participate in the transfer counselling, if he is otherwise eligible. No costs.
