ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner / Accused No.2, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 23.10.2024 for the offences under Sections 126(2) and 309(4) of BNS, 2023 in Crime No.19 of 2024 on the file of the respondent Police, seeks bail.

2. It is seen from the order passed by the Court below that the prosecution 1/3

witnesses were not cross-examined by the accused persons and the case was posted for judgment and at that stage, a petition was filed under Section 311 of Cr.P.C. Considering this conduct on the part of the accused persons, the Court below has rejected the bail.

3. Unless there is some progress shown in this case in terms of cross-examining the witness, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

4. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed for the present.
