2. C.R.P.(MD).No.3062 of 2024 has been filed to set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 14.10.2024 passed in I.A.No.4 of 2023 in H.M.O.P.No. 154 of 2023 on the file of the Family Court, Thoothukudi.
3. The marriage between the petitioner and the respondent was solemnized on 06.03.2022 at Makarajothi Hotel, Dindigul. Subsequently, matrimonial disputes arose between the parties. The respondent / wife filed a petition in H.M.O.P.No.154 of 2023 before the Family Court, Thoothukudi, seeking dissolution of marriage under the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955. During the pendency of the said petition, she filed an interlocutory application in I.A.No.4 of 2023 seeking interim maintenance. By an order dated 14.10.2024, the trial Court awarded a sum of Rs.10,000/- per month as interim maintenance. Challenging the said order, the petitioner has filed C.R.P.(PD)(MD).No.3062 of 2024 before this Court. Meanwhile, the respondent also filed M.C.No.19 of 2/5
2023 under Section 125 Cr.P.C. before the Family Court, Thoothukudi, seeking maintenance. The petitioner has challenged the same by filing C.R.P.(PD) (MD).No.3206 of 2024. It is also submitted that the petitioner has filed a petition for restitution of conjugal rights before the learned Sub Judge, Tambaram, which has now been transferred to the Family Court, Thoothukudi and renumbered as H.M.O.P.No.47 of 2025.
4. Since the issues involved in these petitions are interrelated, both Civil Revision Petitions are being disposed of by this common order at the SR stage itself.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is willing to comply with the interim maintenance order and is ready to pay a sum of Rs.10,000/- per month, including the arrears as directed by the trial Court. He further prays for a direction to the Family Court, Thoothukudi, to dispose of all pending related proceedings within a reasonable period.
6. The learned counsel for the respondent has no serious objection to the above submission.
7. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to pay a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) as monthly maintenance, including 3/5
arrears from the date of the petition till the date of realization. The monthly maintenance shall be paid regularly on or before the 7th of every English Calendar month. The Family Court, Thoothukudi is directed to dispose of the following cases: H.M.O.P.No.154 of 2023, M.C.No.19 of 2023, and H.M.O.P.No.47 of 2025 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
8. Accordingly, these Civil Revision Petitions are disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 07.07.2025 Internet:Yes/No Index:Yes/No TSG To 1.The Family Court, Thoothukudi.
