This contempt petition is filed that the interim order of this Court in WMP(MD) No.20779 of 2024 in WP(MD) No.24448 of 2024 dated 18.10.2024 has not been complied with.

2. Today (30.01.2026), when the matter was taken up for hearing, there was no representation for the petitioner.

3. According to the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, the writ petition itself has been disposed of and as against the order passed in the writ petition, a writ appeal has been filed by the respondents before the Honourable Division Bench in W.A(MD).No.2901 of 2025 and the same has been allowed on 2/4

28.11.2025 in favour of the Department. A copy of the order passed by the Honourable Division Bench in the said writ appeal has also been placed before this Court.
