PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.482 of BNSS Act. PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.17 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police. ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 296(b), 85, 351(2), 115(2) of BNS, 2023, in Crime No.17 of 2024, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, it was brought to the notice of this Court that A1 is actually living with A4 and to substantiate the same, the relevant photographs were produced before this Court.

3. The above fact was never brought to the notice of this Court and A1 is now dragging the case as if he wants to settle the matter with the defacto complainant. This Court had referred the matter to mediation considering the interest of the 1 1⁄2 year old girl child. If A1 is living with A4, that only means that A1 is trying to hoodwink this Court and give an impression as if he wants to settle the matter with the defacto complainant. Such conduct on the part of A1 is deplorable. 2/3

4. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed insofar as A1 is concerned.
