JUDGMENT

[Judgment of the Court was delivered by J.NISHA BANU, J.] This Writ Appeal is directed against the order dated 30.07.2024 made in W.P.(MD)No.17651 of 2024.

2.It is the case of the respondent / writ petitioner that the land in Re.Survey No.188/2 Part, Palur Village, Vilavancode Taluk, now Mullanganavilai Village, Killiyoor Taluk, Kanyakumari District is the patta land of the writ petitioner. However, it is wrongly mentioned as poramboke land in the revenue records. Therefore, he made several representations to correct the revenue records. Since they have not been considered, he filed the said Writ Petition. 3.The Writ Court, vide order dated 30.07.2024, disposed of the said Writ Petition, directing the 1st respondent to dispose of the representation made by the

writ petitioner within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. Aggrieved by the same, the appellants have filed this Writ Appeal. 4.Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record carefully.

5.On perusal of the impugned order passed by the Writ Court, we are of the view that it is only a direction to consider the representation made by the writ petitioner. Therefore, we are not inclined to interfere with the order impugned herein. Accordingly, this Writ Appeal is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
