ORDER:- This Petition coming upon for hearing under the caption "For Extension of Time" on this day and in pursuance to the earlier order of this Court dated 07.01.2025 and upon perusing the letter received from The Principal District Judge, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputur, vide letter in D.No. 6374/2025 dated 18.07.2025, this Court made the following order: "By order dated 07.01.2025, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of the Case in E.P.No.138 of 2018 in LAOP No.5 of 1995, within a period of one month
from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 2.The Court below has submitted a letter, in D.No.6374/2025, dated 18.07.2025, whereby and whereunder stating some reasons, it requested further one month time to comply with the order dated 07.01.2025, made in this Civil Revision Petition.
3.Considering the reasons stated by the Court below for extension of time, one month time is extended from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to comply with the order dated 07.01.2025".
