ORDER

The petitioner has sought for a limited relief of issuing a Writ of Mandamus seeking direction to the respondents to consider the representation, dated 26.10.2023, to conduct survey and rectify the error in the FMB.

2.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents would submit that the enquiry has already been conducted on 31.01.2025 and final orders would be passed in due course.

3.Considering the said representation of the official respondents, the Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the first respondent to pass final orders on the petitioner's representation, 2/4

within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
