No.54/60, Bharathiyar Main Road, K.Pudur, Madurai based on the petitioner's representation dated 12.04.2024 in the light of the proceedings issued by the 1st respondent in Na.Ka.No.446/2021/A4 dated on 14.05.2024 forthwith.

ORDER

The prayer sought for in the writ petition is seeking a direction to respondents 1 and 2 to take action for vacating the fourth respondent from the petitioner's premise.

2. Even the petitioner alleges that the fourth respondent has forged documents, the same could be evidenced only before the appropriate civil Court and not before this Court by way of a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.

3. Therefore, this Writ Petition stands dismissed, however with liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate civil Court seeking to remedy his relief.
