ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking a direction to dispose the H.M.O.P.No.1348 of 2021 pending on the file of the learned Family Court, Kanyakumari at Nagercoil within a time stipulated by this Court.

2. According to the revision petitioner, the marriage between the petitioner and first respondent was solemnized on 25.10.2015. In the meantime, a difference of opinion arose between the petitioner and the first respondent and the first respondent illegally married the second respondent herein. Having been left with no other option, the petitioner filed H.M.O.P.No.1348 of 2021 for divorce. Since the matter has been pending for a very long time, even at the stage of evidence, the petitioner has come forward with this revision petition.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for petitioner. Since the revision is filed for seeking early disposal, no notice is necessary to the respondents.

4. Having been taken into consideration of the material facts and circumstances, this Court is of the view that in the interest of justice, a direction may be issued to the learned Family Court, Kanyakumari at Nagercoil, to dispose the case as expeditiously as possible.

5. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of with a direction to the learned Family Court, Kanyakumari at Nagercoil to dispose the H.M.O.P.No.1348 of 2021 pending on his file, within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order on merits and in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs. 22.01.2025 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes BTR To The Family Court, Kanyakumari at Nagercoil.
