2.A perusal of 'B' diary extract of the trial Court reveals that LAOP.No.81 of 2020 is being posted for argument from 02.07.2024 onwards. The claimants have filed their written argument on 25.09.2024. So far, the respondent has not made his submission. 3.Considering the above said facts, the Principal District Judge, Thanjavur is directed to dispose of LAOP.No.81 of 2020 on or before 31.08.2025.

4.With the above said directions, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
