ORDER

This writ petition is filed to direct the respondent to issue passport to the petitioner's minor son namely, N.Sri Nandhan, S.o.S.Karthi (aged 11 years) in reference to the petitioner's passport Application File No.MD1066521451524 dated 06.05.2024. 2.Heard the learned counsels on either sides and carefully perused the materials available on record.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the passport has already been issued to the petitioner.

4.Recording the same, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall bo no order as to costs.
