ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to take action on the petitioner's representation dated 06.01.2023 seeking to remove the chicken shop / stall run by the 4th respondent situated at Manapalanji Veedu, Suriyakodu Post, Kanyakumari Distric, which is causing serious hygienic and sanitary issues to the petitioner's family.

2. Considering the nature of the order going to be passed in this writ petition, notice to the fourth respondent is dispensed with. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the third respondent is directed to conduct an enquiry and dispose of the representation made by the petitioner dated 06.01.2023 on merits and in accordance with law, after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the fourth respondent, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
