ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Sections 296(b), 115(2), 118(1), 357 and 351(3) of BNS, in Crime No.300 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. This is the third anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioner. This Court does not find change in circumstances. The arrest of A1 and later being released on bail is not a change of circumstance insofar as the petitioner (A2) is concerned. Hence, this petition stands dismissed.
