ORDER

This Court already granted interim order directing the petitioner to deposit Rs.1 lakh to the crime number and to submit all the relevant documents before the respondent police to prove he is an agent of KL Associates and also co-operate with the enquiry.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate (crl . Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the order passed by this Court is not complied with by the petitioner till date.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission, the interim order already granted by this Court is vacated.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
