..Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to conduct survey and to make sub division in respect of the properties comprised in Survey No.454/1 situated at Palakurichi Village, Ponnamaravathi Taluk, Pudukottai District and to issue separate Patta to the petitioner based on his representation dated 11.09.2024 within the time fixed by this court. 1/4

ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side. 2.The petitioner seeks for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to conduct survey and sub divide the properties comprised in Survey No.454/1 situated at Palakurichi Village, Ponnamaravathi Taluk, Pudukottai District and consequently, to issue separate patta to the petitioner based on his representation dated 11.09.2024.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the second respondent has already surveyed the petitioner's land and made a recommendation for sub division and for issuance of patta and the file is presently pending with the first respondent/Revenue Divisional Officer.

4. Considering the above said development, it would be suffice to direct the first respondent to pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 11.09.2024 based on the report received from the second respondent and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
