ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuing a Writ of Mandamus to direct the third respondent to issue patta in the petitioner's name to the area of 5 acres situated in S.No.21/2A of Nagachi Village, based on his representation dated 25.07.2024.

2.By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3.It is the grievance of the petitioner that the petitioner made a representation to the respondents seeking for issuance of patta. Admittedly, the petitioner has not submitted any online application for issuance of patta and he has not paid necessary charges.

4.Since the petitioner sent a representation to the respondent asking for patta without any basis, such a plea cannot be entertained by this Court. Hence, this petition is dismissed. No costs.
