Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to extend the benefit of GO (ID) No.286, School Education (GE 1) Department dated 19.07.2016, GO (ID) No.238, School Education (Nee Va 4(2) Department dated 07.04.2017, GO (Pa) No.72 School Education (GE) Department dated 28.02.2019 and GO 2D No.125 School Education (GE) Department dated 08.08.2024 to the petitioners for regularization in the post of Record Clerk from the date of proposal (ie.) 03.11.1998 onwards on par with Juniors for the purpose of the pension to the petitioners from the date of retirement.

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to extend the benefit of G.O. (ID) No. 286, School Education (GE1) Department, dated 19.07.2016; G.O. (ID) No. 238, School Education (Nee Va 4(2)) Department, dated 07.04.2017; G.O. (Pa) No. 72, School Education (GE) Department, dated 28.02.2019; and G.O. 2D No. 125, School Education (GE) Department, dated 08.08.2024, to the petitioners for regularization in the post of 2/5

Record Clerk from the date of the proposal, i.e., 03.11.1998, onwards, on par with their juniors, for the purpose of granting pension to the petitioners from the date of their retirement, within a stipulated time frame.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, although several grounds have been raised in the writ petition, it would suffice if this Court issues a direction to the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 04.11.2024 and pass appropriate orders thereon, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

Considering the limited request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 04.11.2024 on its own merits and in accordance with law and to pass appropriate orders within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
