ORDER

The petitioner has filed this petition to direct the third respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry.

2.The contention of the petitioner is that the petitioner is being harassed by the respondent police under the guise of enquiry. 3.The Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submits that there is money dispute between the petitioner and the fourth respondent and in this regard a complaint has been received in C.S.R.No.1244 of 2024 and the petitioner was called for the purpose of enquiry in that case and this has been projected as harassment. 4.The learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions submits that the petitioner to show his bona fide is ready to appear before the respondent police on 03.02.2025 for enquiry.

5.In view of the above said undertaking, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on 03.02.2025 and give his 2/4

explanation with relevant materials, if any, to the respondent police. Thereafter, the respondent police is directed to conclude the enquiry without any further delay and also not to call the petitioner frequently without any reasons.

6.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
