When the matter was taken up for hearing, both the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent submitted that the petitioner has complied with the order passed by this Court on 01.06.2020.

(*) Recording the submissions, the petitioner is hereby permitted to withdraw the entire bond amount of Rs.20,00,000/- along with accrued interest, lying in the fixed deposit in favour of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court, credited in the writ petition."
