2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has complied the conditions for nearly five days.

4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.12189 of 2024 dated 02.12.2024 is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required.
