This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for the issuance of a direction to the third respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of investigation regarding the complaint given by the fourth respondent.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first to third respondents submits that the petitioners, who are the mother and sister of the fourth respondent, were called by the third respondent police based on a complaint given by the fourth respondent regarding the sharing of the compensation amount to be received upon the death of late Mr.T.Krishnamoorthy, and that the petitioner sent a representation to the Commissioner of Police and the Deputy Commissioner of Police, which was forwarded to the third respondent, and after investigation, the third respondent has closed the complaint of the fourth respondent; therefore, the petitioners are not required for any further enquiry.
