The delay of 366 days to prefer the Writ appeal against the order passed by the Learned single Judge is not properly explained, except stating administrative delay.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.
3. Since the matter relates to the service benefit of Police constable, the State should have been vigilant in pursuing the appeal. The inordinate delay is not satisfactorily explained.
