ORDER

This Contempt Petition case has been filed by the Petitioner for willful disobedience of the Court's order dated 30.04.2024 in W.P.(MD). No.10848 of 2024.

2. Mr.G.Mohan Kumar, learned Counsel takes notice for respondent Nos.1 & 2.

3. During the hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner and the learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent Nos.1 & 2 would submit that the order of the Court has been complied with by appointing the Petitioner as Junior Assistant vide proceedings dated 11.01.2025.

4. In view of the above factual position, I consider that no further adjudication is required in this Contempt Petition case. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
