3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has complied the conditions for 1/3

nearly thirty days.

4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.19530 of 2024 dated 12.11.2024 is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation.
