ORDER

The petitioner seeks limited relief of issuance of Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 27.11.2024.

2. In and by the said representation dated 27.11.2024, the petitioner has requested for cancellation of patta issued to the respondents 4 to 7 and to issue joint patta including the names of all legal heirs of Lakshmana Konar by effecting necessary corrections to the UDR survey entry.

3. Considering the limited scope of relief sought for by the writ petitioner, with the consent of the learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition itself taken up for final disposal.

4. The respondents 4 to 7 have been served notice. However, they have not chosen to appear either in person or through counsel.

5. The petitioner seeks to only dispose of her representation expeditiously, considering the fact that it is pending from 27.11.2024. In view of the aforesaid circumstances, a direction is issued to first respondent being the competent authority to afford an opportunity to the petitioner as well as the respondents 4 to 7 and pass final orders on the petitioner's representation dated 27.11.2024, within a period of twelve

(12) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
