O R D E R

This petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondent police to investigate and file a charge sheet in Crime No.227 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police, within the stipulated period. Page No. 1 of 4

2. According to the petitioner, he is the defacto complainant in this case and based on his complaint, F.I.R in Crime No.227 of 2018 has been registered for the offences under Sections 406 and 420 of IPC. Thereafter, no proper investigation has been conducted and so far not filed any final report. Hence, he has filed this petition.

3. The Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that already they completed the investigation and filed the final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thuraiyur. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case.

4. Since the prayer of the petitioner is to file the final report and the same was already filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thuraiyur, nothing survives for further adjudication. In view of the same, this criminal original petition is closed.
