This petition has been filed to permit the petitioners to withdraw 50% of the award amount deposited by the respondent herein with interest in M.C.O.P.No.453 of 2021 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal / The Principal District and Sessions Court, Pudukkottai.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that in E.P.No.177 of 2022 on the file of the Principal District Court, Pudukkottai, the respondent herein has deposited a part of the award amount - Rs.12,61,297/-. The petitioners / claimants are permitted to withdraw the same.

4. Hence, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed.
