O R D E R
The writ petition has been filed for a writ of mandamus directing the respondent to survey and fix the boundary stones of the land in Survey No. 1403/13 and 249/8 to an extent of 0-0.50 and 0-1.00 hectares respectively in 1/3
Varpattu, Ponnamaravathi Taluk, Pudukkottai District by considering the petitioner's application No. 2024/N123/22/005442, dated 22.10.2024 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader on written instructions submitted that on 07.01.2025 survey was conducted in the presence of the petitioner and the petitioner conveyed his dissatisfaction and refused to receive the survey report. The Additional Government Pleader further stated that survey report and sketch were sent through Registered post to the petitioner.
3. In view of the fact that survey has already been conducted, nothing survives for further adjudication in the writ petition and the same is disposed of. No costs.
