The petitioner alleges that the direction given by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.13208 of 2024 on 20.06.2024 has not been complied with. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned standing counsel for Tenkasi Municipality submitted that Tenkasi Municipality did issue notice. But then, it was stayed in W.P.(MD)No.24290 of 2024. It is for the petitioner herein to apply for vacating interim order granted in W.M.P.(MD)No.20544 of 2024 in W.P.(MD)No.24290 of 2024. 3.This contempt petition is closed accordingly. (G.R.S.
