JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH, J.) By consent of both the counsels, the writ appeal itself is taken up for final disposal.

The present Writ Appeal is directed against the order passed by the Writ Court dated 22.10.2024 made in W.P(MD)No.30906 of 2023. 3.

In normal circumstances, the Writ Court will not entertain a challenge to an enquiry notice, except on very exceptional circumstances. In the instant case also, the Writ Court did not interfere with the enquiry notice, but on the other hand, had given a positive direction in favour of the appellant / writ petitioner that only after hearing the writ petitioner, final orders have to be passed.

We do not find any illegality in such direction. Since no grounds have been raised before the Writ Court to make out an exception to challenge the enquiry notice, the order of the Writ Court needs no interference. As such, the order passed in the writ petition is sustained. Page No.2 of 4
