ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking an order to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in its order, dated 14.03.2022, in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.2788 of 2022 in Crl.R.C.(MD)No.183 of 2022.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in pursuant to the order of this Court dated 14.03.2022, the petitioner has been regularly appearing before the trial Court till date on 1st and 15th day of every month at 10.30 a.m.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent has not raised any objection to this petition.

5. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, and also considering the fact that the petitioner is abiding by the condition regularly till date, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed, and the condition already imposed by this Court in its order, dated 14.03.2022, is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear 2/3
