ORDER

The above petition has been filed seeking orders to grant exemption to the petitioners from paying the required Court fee of Rs.23,273/- in the above cross objection.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that though the first respondent has deposited the entire award amount, the same has not been withdrawn by the petitioners since stay was granted by this Court.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, this petition is allowed and the petitioners are exempted from the payment of Court fee of Rs.23,273/- in Cros.Obj(MD)SR.No.95005 of 2024 for the present, subject to the condition that the petitioners shall pay the entire Court fee, as and when the petitioners receive any part of the amount, that has been awarded as compensation to the petitioners / claimants in M.C.O.P.No.80 of 2019.
