Heard Mr.V.Sathiya, learned Counsel for petitioner and Mr.K.Samidurai, learned Counsel for respondents. 2.Criminal Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the order made in MC.No.17 of 2021, dated 12.11.2024 on the file of Family Court, Theni.

3.Today, when this Criminal Revision Case was taken up for hearing, it is informed by both learned counsel for petitioner as well as learned counsel for respondents that during the pendency of this Criminal Revision case, Joint Memo of Compromise, dated 03.12.2025, has been filed by petitioner and respondents stating that the dispute has been amicably settled between them. Joint Memo of Compromise dated 03.12.2025, which reads as under:

"3.It is submitted that as per the direction of this Honourable High Court, the Petitioner paid arrears of maintenance amount Rs.3,15,000/- towards child and 25% of wife Rs.78,750/-.

4.It is submitted that now the petitioner ready to pay maintenance towards child Rs.7500/- monthly and ready to bear his school fees and tuition fees at present school. But not paying any maintenance towards 1st Respondent. Here the Respondent also accepted the terms.

5.Both Parties filed the above joint compromise memo Petition. The Petitioner and the Respondent agree for maintenance towards child only."

4.In view thereof, this Criminal Revision Case stands disposed of in terms of Joint Memo of Compromise filed by both parties. Joint Memo of Compromise dated 03.12.2025 shall be read as part and parcel of this Order. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
