2. It is seen from the records that this Court, by order dated 01.04.2025, had directed the Trial Court to complete the trial proceedings in Spl.S.C.No. 126 of 2024 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

3. Now, the learned Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Tiruchirappalli has sent a letter dated 22.09.2025, requesting to extend the time by two months to dispose of the case.

4. Considering the reasons assigned, the learned Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Tiruchirappalli is directed to dispose of the case in Spl.S.C.No. 51 of 2025 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
