ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed, seeking to direct the 3rd respondent to defreeze the petitioner's savings Account No.093100050317379, maintained in TMB Simmakkal Branch.

2.Heard the learned counsels on either side and carefully perused the entire materials available on record.

3.When the matter was came up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 3rd respondent submitted that they have freezed the petitioner's account on intimation received from the second respondent police. However, he made it clear that they have not received any intimation as to the amount, involved in the cyber crime pertaining to the petitioner. 4.For which, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner drew my attention to the communication received by him from the third respondent bank where it is clearly stated that the disputed amount is Rs.14,200/-. 5.In view of the same, this Court hereby direct the third respondent bank to mark a lien to an amount of Rs.14,200/- and thereafter, defreeze the petitioner's account and permit him to operate the same. 2/4
