ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A1, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 03.11.2024 for the offences under Sections 6 r/w 5(1) and 5(f) of POCSO Act and Section 9 of Child Marriage Act and 506(1) of IPC, in Crime No.25 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police. 3.This is the third bail application filed by the petitioner. Already, two bail applications have been dismissed by this Court on the ground that the investigation is still pending. There is no change in circumstances. Hence this criminal original petition is dismissed.
