ORDER

The petitioner had earlier lodged a complaint with the respondent Police, who did not register the case but assigned C.S.R.No.383 of 2024. 1/4

Subsequently, the complaint was closed. The petitioner filed an objection, but it was not considered. Left with no other option, the petitioner filed a private complaint before the lower Court against the accused. The complaint was received, but no further action was taken, and even the sworn statement was not recorded. Hence, the petitioner has sought a direction for the Magistrate to take up the private complaint filed on 29.10.2024, enquire into the matter, proceed with the case, and dispose of it in accordance with the law.

Considering the above said submissions, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Trichy, is directed to consider the petitioner's complaint, which was already filed on 29.10.2024, enquire into the matter, and proceed with the complaint and dispose of the same in accordance with the law, without further delay.

3. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
