ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction, directing the second respondent to release the balance amount of Rs. 9,31,056/- along with EMD and withheld amount by considering the Petitioner's representation dated 21.10.2024 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.Mr.P.Subbaraj, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itsef.

3.Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the Writ Petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner, dated 21.10.2024, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
