PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to survey and fix four boundaries of the petitioner's pathway situated in S.No.495-495/2, to an extent of 2-36.00 Ares, situated at Irukkanthurai Part 2 Revenue Village, Radhapuram Taluk, Tirunelveli District.

The writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to survey and fix four boundaries of the petitioner's pathway in S.No.495-495/2, to an extent of 2-36.00 Ares, at Irukkanthurai Part 2 Revenue Village, Radhapuram Taluk, Tirunelveli District.
2. The learned Government Advocate for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the survey was already conducted on 07.12.2024, and acknowledgement was also obtained from the petitioner and therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication.
3. In view of the above submission, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
