JUDGMENT

The Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is directed against the award made in M.C.O.P.No.308 of 2022 dated 16.06.2023 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal / Principal District Court, Karur.

2. It is seen from the records that since there was no representation for the appellants on 17.04.2026 and again on 03.06.2026, this Court directed the Registry to post the matter under the caption 'for dismissal' on 11.06.2026 and since there was no representation for the appellants on 11.06.2026, this Court directed the Registry to print the name of the appellants in the cause list and posted to 17.06.2026. Even today (17.06.2026), despite printing the name in the cause list, there is no representation for the appellants. Hence, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed for default. No costs.
