This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction, directing the first respondent to renew the license for the milk parlor and permit the petitioner to open the milk parlor based on the direction issued by the Honble High Court in W.P.(MD) No. 15525 of 2022 and W.P.(MD) No. 5581 of 2024 order dated 04.04.2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the respondents 1 and 2 are directed to comply with the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD) No.15525 of 2022 and W.P.(MD) No. 5581 of 2024 order dated 04.04.2024, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already disposed of. 2/4

4. With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
