ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to issue direction to instruct the second respondent, Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch Unit - I, District Police Office, Theni District to complete the enquiry and thereby direct to dispose petitioner's complaint dated 30.11.2024

2. The petitioner has sent a representation to the respondents on 30.11.2024, since no action has been taken the present petition has been filed.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner enquiry is pending in current paper No.G3/A9-DCB-11/ 2024.

4. In view of the same, respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint given by the petitioner along with the rival 2/4

parties and conclude the same within a period of two months from the date or receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
