PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the second respondent to consider the petitioner's application, dated 25.09.2024 to measure the land owned by the petitioner in land in S.No.441/24 an extent of 1538 sq.ft., and 441/25 to an extent of about 1228 sq.ft. ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of a Mandamus seeking for a direction to the second respondent to consider the petitioner's application, dated 25.09.2024 to measure the land owned by the petitioner in S.No.441/24 to an extent of 1538 sq.ft., and 441/25 to an extent of about 1228 sq.ft. situated at Togamalai Village Group, Kulithalai Taluk, Karur District and fix the four boundaries.

2.By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3.The prayer made by the Writ Petitioner is that since an application has been made along with the required charges, the second respondent has not conducted a survey.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the second respondent is directed to conduct survey on or before 31.01.2025 after giving notice to the petitioner and other necessary parties. 5.With the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
