ORDER

The petitioner sent a representation to the respondent police to take action against Abdul Hakkeem, Lailabegam, Saithabegam, Yasmin and Aasha begum, who had encumbered the petitioner's property by using forged legal heir certificate. It is the contention of the petitioner that the Tahsildar (west), Madurai, in collusion with aforesaid persons issued forged legal heir certification in favour of them in Certificate No.TN-720240221433, dated 23.02.2024, against which, the petitioner had preferred an appeal before the Revenue Divisional Officer, who by order dated 16.10.2024, cancelled the said legal heir certificate. Since no action has been taken on the petitioner's representation, this petition has ben filed.

2. Heard both sides and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is seen that in this case property is situated in Melur Kidaripatti. In view of the same, the petitioner to submit copy of the complaint dated 18.11.2024 to the Superintendent of Police, Madurai, and to the Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Madurai, who to cause an enquiry and to take appropriate action in accordance with law on the petitioner's 2/4

complaint.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
