ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the impugned summons in CSR No.733 of 2024 dated 12.12.2024 pending on the file of the third respondent

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that based on the complaint given by the fourth respondent they conducted enquiry and for the enquiry purpose they issued summons but the petitioner did not appear, however the complaint itself was closed on 06.01.2025.

3. The petition is filed only for challenging the summons for the particular date to appear on 16.12.2024 and same was also lapsed, thereby nothing survives for further adjudication in this case.
