O R D E R

This Criminal Original petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to provide police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner from the respondents 2 to 6.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that on account of civil dispute, as per the complaint given by the respondents 2 to 6 against the petitioner, an enquiry has been conducted and the same was closed. Since there is a civil suit pending between the parties, they were directed to approach the concerned civil Court to resolve their disputes.

3.In view of the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
