COMMON ORDER These Criminal Original Petitions have been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No. 29 of 2023 pending investigation on the file of the 1st respondent police against the petitioners. 2.This Court on 23.01.2025 directed the petitioners to do work at Government Rajaji Hospital, Madurai.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted a letter sent from the Inspector of Police, Tallakulam Police Station, Madurai to the Medical Officer, Government Rajaji Hospital, Madurai, wherein, he sought acknowledgement for the work done by the accused persons. It is acknowledged by the Medical Officer that the accused persons had attended ward duty on 25.01.2025 from 10.00a.m., to 07.00 p.m., and they behaved properly. Further, in this case after completion of investigation, final report was filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai and the same was taken on file.

4.Since the petitioners have complied with the direction imposed by this Court, these Criminal Original Petitions stand allowed and as a sequel, the proceedings in Crime No.29 of 2023, on the file of the first respondent Police and the consequential proceedings before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai is quashed. 29.01.2025 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes / No PNM To
